It is quite regrettable that, Railway Board, instead of considering the views of this federation, communicated to Railway Board vide this office letter   dated 27^th September, 2016, have arbitrarily issued above cited circular, without consulting the federation, to which we are not agreed to.

We, therefore, demand a meeting with the Railway Board on the subject matter to discuss the issue threadbare.
