The undersigned has been directed to refer to the discussions held by EDPC-11 with Federation (AIRF) on 06.07.2015 regarding PNM/AIRF item no.5/2014 relating to fixation of pay on promotion to a post carrying higher duties and responsibilities but carrying same grade pay. 2. As requested by the Federation (AIRF) copy of Ministry of Finance’ note ID No.130170 dated 23.08.2013 on the issue is enclosed.
