It is my pleasure to inform you that after many deliberations Railway Board has decided to withdraw referred letter in which instructions were given to debar Supervisory Staff (GP Rs. 4200 and above) working in safety categories to become office bearers of the unions.
We are extremely thankful to Sh. Ashwini Lohani/Chairman Railway Board, who has played a very supportive and positive role in withdrawing these instructions. Railway Board will issue instructions in respect of this on 26.12.2017.
