Sub: Brief of the meeting held today with the CRB and FC

I met today with the CRB and FC and once again requested them for early settlement of the issues pending with the Railway Board, particularly early payment of Running Allowance. The case is still pending with Hon’ble MR.

On the issue of PLB, CRB informed that, he has already sent the file to the Finance Ministry and hope orders will be issued at an earliest………

Sub: Brief of the meeting held today with the CRB and FC

I met today with the CRB and FC and once again requested them for early settlement of the issues pending with the Railway Board, particularly early payment of Running Allowance. The case is still pending with Hon’ble MR.

On the issue of PLB, CRB informed that, he has already sent the file to the Finance Ministry and hope orders will be issued at an earliest.

On the issue of restructuring of the IT Cadre, FC informed that, he will send file to Hon’ble MR.

On the issue of percentage distribution(10:20:20:50) of Trackmen Cadre, CRB informed that, it is being pursued vigorously and the file is still pending with the MR.

LARSGESS – It has come to our notice that, Law Ministry has also consented to the opinion of the Attorney General, but the Full Board has discussed this issue and had been of the opinion that, where staff has taken VRS and their wards have completed all the formalities, i.e. Written Test, Medical and Psycho Test, their case can be considered. We(AIRF) are pursuing the matter vigorously because MR has promised for resolving this issue.

On the issue of Act Apprentices, the CRB has said that he is trying to find out some amicable solution.
