While we are congratulating all of you that Railway Board vide their letter No.E(P&A)I-2015/RT-43 dated 28.09.2018(RBE No.151/2018) have withdrawn their letter dated 26.09.2018, issued vide RBE No.150/2018, vide which LARSGESS was stated to have been terminated, however, since the scheme still is put on hold owing to certain litigations, it is clarified that, the decision, already taken to observe 4th October, 2018 as “Black Day”, still holds good…..

Sub: Observance of “Black Day” on 4th October, 2018 – Restoration of LARSGESS

While we are congratulating all of you that Railway Board vide their letter No.E(P&A)I-2015/RT-43 dated 28.09.2018(RBE No.151/2018) have withdrawn their letter dated 26.09.2018, issued vide RBE No.150/2018, vide which LARSGESS was stated to have been terminated, however, since the scheme still is put on hold owing to certain litigations, it is clarified that, the decision, already taken to observe 4th October, 2018 as “Black Day”, still holds good.

You are, therefore, again requested that, necessary action be taken to observe “Black Day” on 4th October, 2018, by wearing “Black Badges”, ensuring massive involvement of the Railwaymen all over the Indian Railways and report of the same be forwarded to this office as already requested.
