Your kind attention is invited towards the aforesaid Office Memorandum of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Deptt. of Personnel & Training(Govt. of India).

It appears that, this O.M. of the DoP&T has not been circulated by the Railway Board to Zonal Railway and Production Unit Administrations for implementation thereof, because of which it is not implemented in the Railways.

It is, therefore, requested that; the above-mentioned Office Memorandum of the DoP&T be circulated to all the Zonal Railways and Production Units for early implementation thereof.
