Proposal has been to 7th CPC for the removal of this Grade Pay.
Before the implementation of 6th CPC irrespective of Group-A Group-B, Group-C and Group-D cadre, all the employees got financial up-gradation on getting promotion from lower grade to higher grade.
On implementation of 6th CPC, the financial benefits obtained by way of promotion from lower grade to higher grade in respect of Group-A, Group-C and Group-D cadre employees remains unaffected as they got ONE pay jump for every promotion what they earned before implementation of 6th CPC.
However the same was not implemented for Group-B cadre and the hard earned promotions benefits before implementation of 6th CPC were also nullified by way of merging the cadre. This is against the natural justice and it is a violation of article 14 and 16. This resulted in major functional effect in the organization. However, neither the government nor the national council paid much attention to this point.
Hence it is requested to kindly take up the matter at appropriate level to implement ONE GRADE PAY JUMP FOR EVERY PROMOTION WHAT THEY EARNED BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION OF 6TH CPC.
Sir, It is a well known fact even for the dead end posts ( posts which does not have any promotional prospects ), Government is awarding minimum 3 financial up-gradations in the ACP and MACP. Whereas in case of middle management the financial benefits earned by way of promotions were also withdrawn and it is not an ANOMALY.

We have given proposal for 5 MACPs in career to 7th CPC.

Hence it is requested to kindly take up the matter at appropriate level to implement ONE GRADE PAY JUMP FOR EVERY PROMOTION WHAT THEY EARNED BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION OF 6TH CPC.
Is it justified?
The financial & promotional benefits earned before implementation of 6th CPC were withdrawn only in respect of Group-B cadre employees.
Kindly inform the conditions which are required to treat as anomaly ?
Com, Shiva Gopal Mishra,.Ji

That’s has been uploaded on our site.
Respected sir,
I am asking about age relaxation of period between 01.01.2012 to 03.02.2015 people who crossed the age 33. Please once again look into the recent railway board letter. Whether I made any mistake to understood of that letter please guide me. Otherwise please advise railway board age relaxation w.e.f. 01.01.2012. Please helped my aged friends who crossed their 33 years in years between 01.01.2012 to 03.02.2015. When prime minster can ruled India at the age of more than 60 years old. Why should not India’s common graduate citizen can not able to work in government sector. When no age limit for politicians why age limit for common Indian educated men. Is it justice for that. Please think take needful action at your end. Please give me suggestion.
Please send us details of Board’s letter which you are referring to.
