Ref- Railway Board letter No. 2019/AC-II/21/7 dated 27th September 2019.
Kindly refer to the above Railway Board letter dated 27th September 2019 on the captioned subject the staff are facing a lot of problem at the settlement of dues time after retirement because in S No-3 only Officers word mentioned instead of Officers/Staff.
You are requested to kindly issue a corrigendum with necessary correction to all General manager of Zonal Railway and Production Unit , so the staff should not be denied from the settlement of the dues on retirement at par with officers.
