Sub: Outsourcing of perennial nature activities in ICF Chennai

During AIRF’s PNM meeting, held on 5-6 November, 2015 with the Railway Board, the undersigned in his opening speech had brought out to the notice of the Railway Board that the ICF
Administration has proposed to do destructive testing of about 56 items in Shell and 53 items in Furnishing through the 3rd party compromising with Railway Safety.
While strongly opposing this move of the ICF Administration , AIRF demands immediate action from the Railway Board to stop such practice.
In connection with the above, we enclose herewith list of the activities proposed to be outsourced by the ICF Administration.
