CENTRAL GOVT. DELAYED SEVENTH CPC

Dear Comrads,

It’s a surprising fact that Govt. of India had delayed seventh CPC report. We have definite information that seventh CPC was ready to submit its report on 28th August as was promised by them and had requested extension for one month for winding up exercise. The Central Government had been so liberal that they gave CPC four months extension. This shows the intention of Central Govt’s towards their employees.

This has created all round anger among Central Govt. employees on this attitude of Govt. and they are holding mass meeting and rallies against the reluctance/inaction of Govt. to the demands of Central Govt. employees.

That is the reason NJCA met on 30th October and resolved to hold agitation on 19th November throughout the country. The leaders of NJCA will sit on day long Dharna at Jantar Mantar. Lakhs of Central Govt. employees throughout the country are going to observe this day as “PROTEST DAY”.

Hope all of you will unitedly join this agitation to give a message to Govt. of India that they will not be able to cowed down and Central Govt. employees will fight more vigorously in future.

Let this Deepawali should bring more prosperity to all of you.
