It is quite regrettable that, Railway Board, instead of considering the views of this federation, communicated to Railway Board vide this office letter dated 27th September, 2016, have arbitrarily issued above cited circular, without consulting the federation, to which we are not agreed to.
We, therefore, demand a meeting with the Railway Board on the subject matter to discuss the issue threadbare.
