Sub: Celebrations of AIRF’s achievements

 As you are well aware that, by vigorous persuasions with the Railway Board Officials, i.e. Chairman, Member Staff, D.G.(Pers.), E.D.(IR) and others, as well as Hon’ble Minister  for Railways, All India Railwaymen’s Federation succeed in getting issued the following important orders from the Railway Board:-

 (i)   Letter No.PC-VII/2018/RSRP/1(RBE No.197/2018) dated 17.12.2018 – RS(RP), Rules, 2016 – Opportunity for revision of option to come over to revised pay structure effective from 01.01.2016 – AIRF’s PNM Item No.39/2018.

 (ii)   Letter No.E(NG)I/2015/PM 1/20(RBE No.03/2019) dated 08.01.2019 – Reduction in Residency Period for promotion from GP Rs.1800(Level 1) to GP Rs.1900(Level 2) – AIRF’s PNM Item No.33/2015.

 (iii) Letter No.2015/CE-1/GNS/2(RBE No.44/2019) dated 08.03.2019 – Revision of percentage distribution of Track Maintainers – AIRF’s PNM Items No.16/2005,39/2012,6/2013, 40/2016 and 26/2018 

 (iv)  Letter No.2016/AC-II(CC)/37/9(RBA No.26/2019) dated 05.04.2019 – Restructuring of IT Cadre.

 (v)  Letter No.E(NG)I/2016/PM 1/12(Pt.)(RBE No.59/2019) dated 05.04.2019 – Merger of Ticket Checking Staff, Commercial Clerk and ECRC in Commercial Deptt. – All three seniority groups – TC, CC and ECRC be maintained separately for existing employees.

 (vi) Letter No.E(NG)I/2015/PM 1/11(RBE No.63/2019) dated 23.04.2019 – Review of mode of promotion from “Selection” to “Non-Selection” for the post of Shunting Master Grade I in GP Rs.4200(Level-6) and Shunting Master Grade II in GP Rs.2400 – AIRF’s PNM Items No.20/2015 and 57/2015.

(vii) Letter No.E(NG)I-2019/TR/6(RBE No.68/2019) dated 26.04.2019 – Posting of Husband and Wife at the same station.

(viii)  Letter No.E(NG)I-2019/CR/2(RBE No.69/2019) dated 29.04.2019 – Preparation and Maintenance of APARs of Non-Gazetted Raiwlay Servants – AIRF’s PNM Item No.29/2018

(ix) Letter No.E(NG)I/2011/PM ½(RBE No.77/2019) dated 10.05.2019 – GDCE to fill-up 25% to 50% DR Quota vacancies and one-time dispensation for filling-up 25% of DR Quota vacancies in the category of Sr. Clerk – . 

(x) Letter No.E(NG)I/2018/PM 1/19(RBE No.78/2019) dated 10.05.2019 – Scheme of LDCE for filling-up 20% vacancies of OS-II and 13.33% vacancies of Sr. Clerk – Decentralization of LDCE, for both OS-II and Sr. Clerks at the Divisional level.

(xi) Letter No.E(NG)I/2016/PM 1/14(RBE No.81/2019) dated 14.05.2019 – Eligibility criteria for appearing in selection to the post of OS(PB-II), GP Rs.4200, against 20% LDCE Quota(Sr. Clerk with three years regular service shall also be eligible to appear in 20% LDCE Quota for OS-II) – AIRF’s PNM Item No.44/2016.

(xii) Letter No.E(P&A)II-2013/RS-14(RBE No.85/2019) dated 28.05.2019 – Pay element in RS(RP) Rules, 2016 and revised rates of KMA and Allowance in lieu of Kilometreage.

(xiii) Letter No.PC-V/2016/MACPS/1(RBE No.86/2019) dated 28.05.2019 – MACPS for Railway Employees – Benchmark – Reg. – AIRF’s PNM Items No.46/2016 and 29/2018.  

 All the affiliates of AIRF are advised to celebrate these achievements of AIRF, right from Branch to Zonal level and give wide publicity to the same.
