Your kind attention is invited towards above referred to Office Memorandum of MH&FW(Govt. of India)(copy enclosed), wherein provision of CPAP/BIPAP/Oxygen Concentrator was made for needy CGEs. Since second wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic is spreading very fast, crossing all the boundaries, and also there is shortage of Medical Oxygen in the country, for which a large- number of Railway Patients are as well facing accute hardship due to non-availability of Oxygen Beds in Railway and Other Private Hospitals. It would, therefore, be quite appropriate that the above- mentioned provision should be made for the Railway Employees to tide over the crisis. An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
