Record note of discussion on issues raised by Federations on 04.02.2016. Discussion were held with Chairman Railway Board, Member Staff and Financial Commissioner on the burning raised by AIRF and NFIR. Major issues discussed were NPS, Upgradation of Apex Level posts in group C to group B, Duty Hours of Running staff, MACP anomalies of railway staff, Induction of Course completed Act Apprentice in Railways, Stepping up of Loco Inspectors, Absorption of quasi staff in Railways.
