The proposal for filling-up the post of Jr. Matron/Dormitory Supervisor in Oak Grove School, Jharipani, on contract basis, stands referred to Railway Board vide Northern Railway’s letter latter dated 22.04.2014, followed by so many reminders and lastly dated 23.02.2017(photocopy enclosed for ready reference), regrettably, Board’s reply thereon is still awaited.

It may be appreciated that, Oak Grove School, Jharipani, is a most reputed educational institute of the Indian Railways wherein wards of not only railway officers and employees are studying, but also children from the higher segment of the society. As such, need of proper look-after of the children in the said Residential School is of utmost importance, for which vacant post of the Jr. Matron/Dormitory Supervisor is required to be filled-up on priority, either by regular recruitment process or on contractual basis.

Board are, therefore, requested to communicate necessary instructions to Northern Railway to take appropriate action to filling-up the vacant post of Jr. Matron/Dormitory Supervisor in Oak Grove School, Jharipani, without further loss of time in larger interest of the students studying in the said school.
An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
