Sub: – Compendium of Instructions regarding grant of Transport Allowance at double the normal rates to persons with disabilities employed in Railways-regarding.
Please refer to Board’s letter of even no. dated 11.01.2023, vide which Ministry of Finance’s OM dated 15.09.2022 on the subject matter was circulated to the Railways. Now Ministry of Finance vide their OM dated 29.07.2025 has made certain modifications in their Compendium dated 15.09.2022. A copy thereof is sent herewith for information and compliance. These instructions shall apply mutatis-mutandis on the Railways also.
2. This has the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
