Dear Comrades,

Sub: Notice for the 102nd Annual General Council and Working Committee Meetings of AIRF – 2-3 December, 2026, Vijayawada (South Coast Railway)

Notice is hereby issued (Under Clause 7(C) of AIRF’s Constitution) that the 102nd Annual General Council and Working Committee Meetings of AIRF will be held simultaneously in Vijayawada (South Coast Railway) on 2-3 December, 2026; and South Coast Railway Mazdoor Union will be the Host.

The following will be the Agenda of the aforementioned AGCM of AIRF:-

  1. Confirmation of the minutes of the last meeting.
  2. Consideration of the General Secretary’s Report and Resolutions.
  3. Passing of Audited Statement of Accounts.
  4. Constitutional amendment, if any.
  5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Note:

(i) Railway Board are being approached to grant facilities of Special Leave and Passes to the participants of the aforementioned meetings of AIRF as per extant provision.

(ii) Only those unions who have submitted Audited Statement of Accounts and have paid full Affiliation Fee for the period ending 2025 are eligible to participate in the above-mentioned meetings of AIRF.

(iii) All the Affiliates of the Federation must have cleared AIRF’s Centenary Celebration Subscription.

(iv) Delegation for the said AGCM will be on the basis of 01 for every 1,000 members or part thereof, but above 500 on the membership for the year ending 2025.

(v) Delegation Fee will be Rs.100/- per Delegate.
