Sub: Posting of the Commercial Apprentices after completion of requisite training period at the ZRTI/BSL

Our Central Railway Affiliate- National Railway Mazdoor Union has represented that, 83 Commercial Apprentices
of Central Railway, who were undergoing training at the ZRTI Bhusavai(Course No.ICAS-0018, recruited vide Notice
No.RRB Gen. 03/2015) for posting, immediately after requisite training of 80 days, at the ZRTI /BSL, as per Railway
Board’s circular No.09/2017 dated 31.01.2017, and the CCM/C&PS/SCR issued instruction to all the Sr. DCMs,
under its jurisdiction, for posting after 80 days’ training period and certified for “No Field Training”. Furthermore,
when our affiliated union took-up the matter with Central Railway Administration, on the same ground, vide GM PNM Item No.62/18, the matter was referred to the Railway Board by the Railway Administration, seeking necessary
clarifications and instructions in this regard.

Further, our affiliate is of the view that, Circular No.C.415/E/Comml. App./P/2014 dated 28.02.2018, issued by the
CCM/C&PS/SCR, for Training Modules and posting of the Commercial Apprentices; after requisite training at the
ZRTis, may please be adopted and all the Zonal Railway Administrations be advised accordingly by the Railway
Board for adopting the same module uniformly which is beneficial to both the staff as well as Railways.
Keeping in view the foregoing facts, the Board are requested to communicate necessary orders, in connection with
the above, to all the Zonal Railway Administrations.

An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
